Try Daily Rituals Recovery Toothpaste for up to 14 days. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price—even if the tube has been opened and tried. Proof of purchase and the original packaging are required; delivery charges are non-refundable, and the guarantee is limited to one claim per customer.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at dailyrituals.pk@gmail.com or reach out via WhatsApp. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. We respond to all requests within 15 minutes during our active hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM).

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will coordinate a bank transfer or mobile wallet transfer with you directly.
