Order Processing Time

We know you are excited to upgrade your daily ritual!

·        Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday - Saturday) are processed, packed, and dispatched to our courier partners on the same day.

·        Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched within the next 24 hours.

·        Please note: Our fulfillment center is closed on Sundays and national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with premium, reliable courier services to ensure your package arrives safely across Pakistan.

·        Standard Delivery: Rs. 150 on single-item orders.

·        Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all bundle orders (2 or more items).

·        Estimated Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your city.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this to keep an eye on your package every step of the way.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover with the courier.

Damaged or Missing Items

We pack every order with extreme care, but we know rough transit can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at dailyrituals.pk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Important: To help us process a replacement or refund quickly, we highly request that you provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
